Welcome to Healthy Skyn Club! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and offerings. By engaging with Healthy Skyn Club, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
General Information
Healthy Skyn Club is dedicated to providing high-quality esthetician services, including advanced facial treatments and brow lamination. Our website and services are intended for clients seeking professional skincare services.
Appointments and Scheduling
Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment using the link provided via email at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment time.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $35 cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations are subject to the $35 fee.
Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After this, appointments will need to be rescheduled.
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a $50 no-show fee.
Clients who no-call/no-show will be required to prepay in full for all future appointments to secure a booking.
Services and Pricing
All prices and services listed are subject to change without notice.
Healthy Skyn Club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
Payment Policy
A booking fee is required at the time of booking and will go towards the total balance. Booking Fee’s are Non-Refundable.
The remaining balance for services is due at the time of your appointment.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking or service inquiries is used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Liability Disclaimer
Healthy Skyn Club is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes arising from services rendered. Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information during consultations.
Lost or Stolen Property:
Healthy Skyn Club is not liable for lost or stolen property. Please secure your belongings.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
No sexual harassment of any kind will be tolerated. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
Amendments to Terms
Healthy Skyn Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
