Cancellation Policy.

At Healthy Skyn Club, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect our time, the following policies are in place:

Booking Fee & Rescheduling

  • All appointments require a booking fee at the time of scheduling.

  • The booking fee allows for one (1) reschedule.

  • If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, a new booking fee will be required to secure the appointment.

  • Booking fees are non-refundable and applied toward your service when you attend your appointment.

    24-Hour Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment using the link provided via email at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment time.

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $35 cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations are subject to the $35 fee.

    No-Call / No-Show Policy

  • Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a $50 no-show fee.

  • Clients who no-call/no-show will be required to prepay in full for all future appointments to secure a booking.

    Same-Day Appointments

  • Same-day bookings are considered final and cannot be rescheduled or canceled.

    Grace Period:

  • Clients have a 15-minute grace period to arrive for their scheduled appointment.

  • If you arrive after the 15-minute grace period, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

    Late Arrivals:

  • If you are late but within the 15-minute grace period, your service time may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full service fee will still apply.

    Booking Restrictions:

  • Clients with a history of multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be required to prepay for services or have booking privileges restricted entirely.

    Emergency Situations:

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Please call or text us at 256-294-2029 as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.

    Payment & Fee Authorization

    By booking an appointment with Healthy Skyn Club, you authorize us to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation, reschedule, or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. We value your time and appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients.
