Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Return Process

  2. Return Approval: We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
